Right now some of you are thinking that this sounds a lot like botting. For those of you thinking it, you are correct. There are botters on every server, growing everyday. Everyday they become richer, everyday they complete their dailies, their weeklies, and do whatever they please, by simply clicking a button and walking away.
"Wait a minute!", you might say to yourself, "Surely these players are getting banned...aren't they?"
Let's stop and think about that statement above. Right now almost every botter in World of Warcraft owns multiple accounts, not just a couple, but sometimes as much as 50 per person. Most of these professional botters make a living by selling gold and epic geared characters through private auction sites. Some of the people that are in your guild, even your friends, have bought these characters and gold because they simply didn't have time to get there by themselves.
A large percentage of Blizzards revenue comes from botters as they own a large percentage of total World of Warcraft accounts. Banning all of the botters would significantly reduce Blizzards profit. Not only would banning all botters reduce the subscriber base but it would throw the in game server economies into chaos.

Botters keep prices low in the Auction House by making materials and other epic items readily available. Without botters, these items would become more rare and the prices would go up. Some items wouldn't even be available on lower population servers.

The answer is no.
Blizzard takes a stance against botting more for demonstration to stop everyone from botting but the cold hard fact is ---- BLIZZARD WANTS MONEY.
While some botters get caught, it's because they don't understand how to bot properly and Blizzard has no choice but to ban them because they are so obvious.
I have been botting in World of Warcraft for about 5 years now. I have been caught and I have been banned. Each time I created a new account I pushed the limits in everything to see what I could get away with. I have documented my experience with botting and I am willing to share that with you today. I have botted 24 hours a day for the last 3 years and I haven't been banned since. It seems I stumbled upon the botting secrets, mainly on how to not get caught.
Today, I will release my botting secrets so that you can join the few elite World of Warcraft botters that have everything they want in game, all done with simply the click of a button. While you are at home sitting there tense and straining yourself, hour after hour, I am sleeping in my bed, out with my friends, at work, or surfing facebook while my characters play for me.
After hearing what I have to say, I can guarantee that you will not get caught botting. I'm going to tell you how to do it, step by step. I am going to tell you not only what to avoid, but how to make the bot work so that it can out perform real players.
Yes, you heard that right. I will show you how to top the meters in raids and be better than everyone else who is actually playing by botting.
You will learn that botting is not all or nothing. With botting you can control as much as you'd like, the things you don't want to control, such as your DPS rotation, you can let the bot do.
Imagine running around a raid, topping the charts, and all you had to do was click the targets, and you don't even have to do that if you don't want to. You can simply watch your character run through the raid, dodging mechanics better than you ever could and doing more dps than you thought possible, while you taunt people in raid chat and tell them they are noobs.
There are no limits.
This guy runs 36 characters at one time and never gets caught. What could you do with your own raid?
PvP - Auto queue for battlegrounds, random or your choice. Bot will not act like a bot but will replicate the actions of a human player by simply loading a PvP profile, your character will destroy other characters in the battleground. No one will be able to tell that it's a bot (except maybe by how badly you whoop them). You'll also be able to queue in for Arena Matches, however, you will have to run multiple accounts or find a friend to bot with you to complete the 2, 3, and 5 man requirements. You can run this 24/7 and earn all of the PvP rewards you want. I used to farm honor ponits in PvP in mass quantities and convert them to justice points.
Leveling - Support for every race/class combination both horde and alliance. Grinding, questing, and/or dungeons. I find that these leveling methods work best when you alternate between them, but you can level 1-90 doing whichever you prefer. It might be interesting to get your own 5 man group together and have them level to 90 in dungeons only once they are level 15. The gold you'd receive from farming items would be insane.
Professions - Mine herbs, ore, and leather, as much as you want, and any type that you want, by ground or air. Level any profession to 600, bot will visit trainers and buy items you are missing to complete 1-600, simply make sure you have enough gold or items.
Gold Farming - Set the bot to farm any type of cloth, leather, ore, or herb that you want in any quantity that you want. Craft items from any profession and automatically place them on the auction house. Run dailies, farm dungeons, anything you want to do to make gold you can do.
Raids/Dungeons - Automatically queue up and run any raid or dungeon that you are eligible for. This is extremely useful to max valor points for the week while you are at work.
Dailies/Reputation - Any daily you want. You can set it to grind reputation, complete dailies, or both. Can also finish all dailies for all factions if desired.
Old World Support - Works with old world content. You can farm the Baron mount from Stratholme or any other mount from any expansion. Get access to any items for transmorgification. Whatever you'd like.
Customization - Anything you want to do you can use the bot base to craft your own profiles and scripts. This could be used for farming some obscure item or simply making your character run around Stormwind and saying Hi to everyone that it meets.

If you know what you're doing you can make a lot of gold on the auction house. Anywhere around 4,000 gold an hour doing little more than buying and selling expensive items. In only 2 hours profiteers can usually pocket about 8,000 gold and in a week you'll have almost 60,000 gold. But that's a lot of work. Stealth Botters can make at least 1,400 gold / hour and do it for 24 hours a day all 7 days of the week. That comes out to nearly 240,000 gold over 180,000 gold more than a normal player.
The number of botters has increased significantly the last 6 years. When World of Warcraft was released there weren't any reliable ways to bot and Blizzard actually fought back. Today, chances are if you do a heroic dungeon at least 1 or 2 of the players you're teamed up with are running a bot and taking a shower, going to work, playing League of Legends or sleeping. The reality is botting is the new norm, and in another few years most players will be botting.
